Qualification : MBA/Inter CA

Experience : 10 – 15 Years

Following are the major Work Areas expected from candidate:

1. Export Related all the documentations / correspondence / compliances / communications

with Banks, Internal Department, With counter parts.

2. Import Related all the documentations / correspondence / compliances / communications

with Banks, Internal Department, With counter parts.

3. Forex Related Activities. Booking of SPOT Rates, Availing Hedging Cover, Compilation and

submission of details, documents to Banks and other agencies.

4. Cash Flow / Daily CMS / Other Banking Activities.

5. Various Certificates / Reports/ Related documents submitted to Bank, Financial Consultant.

6. Knowledge of SAP is required.

7. Documentation related to Working Capital Finance, Term Loan Finance, ECB, Distribution of

Dividends, Credit Rating of the Company.

8. Updation of details in Bank’s with regard to Operation of Bank accounts from time to time.
