PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Technical Marketing Manager will be responsible for customer support and Chemicals product portfolio introduction to new potential customers and existing customers.
MAJOR ACTIVITES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Application-related product recommendation and advice (external/internal - also in a global context)

Product and result presentations to customers .

Definition, control and coordination of customer projects (products/application technology) and the employees involved from Product Life Cycle Management, Business Development/Sales and, if required, other areas in India, e.g. Production, Supply Chain, Purchasing; in coordination with the superior. The areas of "Custom Manufacturing".

Independent processing of customer quality reports (complaints), with established QM methods (e.g. 8D) that are oriented towards customer requirements.

Participation in the development of processes and tools in the context of customer quality reports (Complaint Management)

Initiating / carrying out / evaluating the customer quality reports and projects, compiling the results and documenting them in system.

Creation and maintenance of application-related presentations and documents of the global Chemicals Product Portfolio

Continuous expansion of the Chemicals business (customer and application portfolio) with defined customer projects for existing and new applications.

Management of regulatory requirements and corresponding customer advice for the entire global product portfolio in close cooperation with the Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs and Central Analytical Lab departments as well as Product Life Cycle Management

Support in the coordination, planning and implementation of application trials, internal & external

Representation of the BU Chemicals at trade fairs, conferences and in relevant committees and association.
